What Is NAAME and The Talent Sharing Platform?

New Anglia Advanced Manufacturing & Engineering (NAAME) is the LEP-recognised sector group for advanced manufacturing and engineering, devoted to promoting and supporting the industry throughout Norfolk and Suffolk. NAAME is free to join and has just launched their new website which encompasses significant new features such as the member connect portal, Trade directory & Talent Sharing Platform (TSP). The TSP has been established to support regional businesses by offering an alternative means of redeploying people (as opposed to making redundancies) and providing a means of sourcing/supplying skilled labour on a temporary, flexible basis. The purpose of this initiative is to assist with the retention of skilled labour and improve the resilience of the businesses that exist in Norfolk & Suffolk.
