Alice Ball

Hi, I’m Alice! I started out at Hethel Innovation back in 2020 as an administrator for the Innovation team before moving into our marketing team. As the world started to recover from Covid, we decided it was time to bring some life and activity back to our sites, and so my role as Events & Marketing Coordinator was born.

Connecting our communities plays a huge role in our mission to be the place for collaboration and growth. We’ve worked hard to build a network of like-minded businesses from many industries and sectors, and so it’s a big part of my role to make sure we’re keeping everyone connected and engaged.

My favourite community activities are the social ones, and they usually involve food or quizzes! We try to have an events calendar which provides something for all of our member businesses. We’ve delivered topical learning sessions, lead valuable innovation platforms, host member committees and training, to name a few. Coordinating our events via marketing takes up a big part of my day-to-day, so you can usually find me with multiple Canva and social media tabs open!
