Many of our members start off in smaller units and scale up into larger units as their business grows. Our tenancies are flexible and on your terms so you can feel comfortable with the investment.

Scottow Enterprise Park
Scottow Enterprise Park is the largest business park in North Norfolk, based in the village of Badersfield. Managed by Hethel Innovation, it offers a vast range of commercial offices, workshop space and storage facilities to rent.

Broadland Food Innovation Centre
The Broadland Food Innovation Centre is a purpose-built centre for food and drink businesses, located on the Food Enterprise Park in Norwich.
With a goal of connecting the community of local producers, suppliers and researchers in the food and drink community, the centre provides a range of support services to businesses in Norfolk and Suffolk.
