Commercial Property Legal Advisor
With three innovation parks situated on the outskirts of Norwich and one opening soon in Stowmarket, we offer fantastic career development opportunities within a growing company! The Commercial Property Legal specialist will be the primary gatekeeper for all leasing activities across our business parks. This role is responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing the end-to-end lifecycle of commercial leases for our 300+ SME tenants. You will act as the bridge between the management and sales team and our tenants, ensuring legal compliance and customer-centricity.

Operations Coordinator
Stowmarket Innovation Gateway

Exciting role within a brand new innovation and business park. Fantastic career development opportunities within a growing company!
Working alongside an experienced team of maintenance and site management colleagues, you will ensure seamless operation of the property and facilities at our new site, Stowmarket Innovation Gateway. Opening late Spring, you will operate as part of a small team, being integral to the overall running on the site. There is a mix of structured tasks to include customer service, compliance with health & safety and statutory regulations, alongside project-based tasks where you will be working with the team to improve site facilities.

Facilities Management Coordinator

This exciting role will work alongside an experienced team of maintenance and site management colleagues to ensure seamless operation of the property and facilities at Scottow Enterprise Park. The role of Facilities Management Coordinator will suit someone who wants to work in a collaborative and challenging environment. There is an emphasis on customer service, dealing with multiple workstreams, undertaking challenging conversations and driving changes to improve tenant experience.
