Alongside our support helping organisations create the plans for new sites, we have experience of taking over existing sites and transforming them into high occupancy innovation hubs. Scottow Enterprise Park is an example of a site that we took over the management of in 2015 .
For all our sites we have taken on the creation and delivery of onsite growth strategies to ensure a stable tenancy occupancy, as evidenced by us retaining occupancy above expectations.
