However, at Hethel Innovation, we are far more than just office spaces to rent, we are also a nurturing business community! As well as sharing space, we also share knowledge. In order to bring the best out of our tenants and help them reach their full potential, we offer a vast range of training and workshop opportunities. From Design Sprints and Lean Startups to Agile Project Management, we have the expertise and resources to accelerate your business growth.
We also believe that our members are among our finest assets. By opening our doors to the best and brightest we become the catalyst for collaboration and enable true out of the box thinking.

For the past 14 years, our Hethel site, Hethel Engineering Centre, has been offering guidance and support to East Anglia’s thriving engineering and manufacturing industries.

It is here that you can find our wide range of workspaces and conferencing facilities. We have workspaces ranging from as little as 300 square feet to as large as 1200 square feet. If you don’t yet require your own offices, we also have hot-desking facilities. If you’d prefer a virtual tenancy, that’s no issue – We can still offer you space to grow, even if it is virtually!
As for conferencing, all of our meeting spaces can be tailored to your own needs. Whether you are in need of one of our meeting rooms during your recruitment process, a training room to meet your HR needs, or even an event room for something a bit more posh – we can provide it.
Scottow Enterprise Park
Formerly RAF Coltishall, our other site is now known as Scottow Enterprise Park, 600 acres of ingenuity and potential! Here, we honour past innovation by helping to build for the future.

Much like Hethel Engineering Centre, you can find additional working space here, providing plenty of space to grow your business. Scottow Enterprise Park too boasts a broad range of commercial property available for your use. Scottow members are also able to gain preferential access to business support from our dedicated and knowledgeable team at Hethel Innovation.
