Hethel Innovation Appoints New CEO

As of January 2024, Hethel Innovation are delighted to announce the appointment of Chris Sargisson as Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
We’re incredibly lucky to have Chris join us, bringing his extensive knowledge and experience in growth and innovation with him. Chris will be a friendly and familiar face to many in the region and we’re really looking forward for what’s to come over the next few months and beyond, as Chris settles into his role.
Chris’s career has been split between time as a disruptive start-up entrepreneur and working within traditional business in leadership positions.
In his earlier career Chris worked to launch and shape Norwich Union Direct, before moving on to develop, manage and successfully exit its4me plc, one of the UK’s most successful online car insurance brokers and major Norwich employer. Chris also created House Revolution – one of the UK’s first online estate agencies.
He is known for setting, implementing, and delivering highly ambitious strategies for growth by applying innovation and an effective working culture. His passion shines through via his work with several advisory boards from Arts to Education, Business to Government. Alongside his consultancy practice, Chris was appointed interim CEO of Diss and Thetford Citizens Advice in 2022 following an extremely successful 5 years as CEO of Norfolk Chamber of Commerce.
