We are in essence a technology business. We have built and developed a Root Cause Analysis (RCA) platform that businesses use to investigate and solve problems, uncover and address risk and, when they can, analyse their successes and plan their most effective roots to success. Of course, we support our clients with L&D and what we might best describe as consultancy services. This often takes the form of us working with a client to facilitate a deep dive into one of their major challenges, using root cause analysis methods and technology to fully understand the causes of the challenges and the actions that will help them address it. If we pride ourselves on anything it is attention to detail. As a problem-solving company, we must ensure that we NEVER become a problem for our clients.

Who is your perfect customer?
Although we work with organisations in almost every sector and industry, our partners do tend to be large, complex, and heavily regulated. The value of effective Root Cause Analysis (RCA) activity is multiplied when deployed at scale and really makes a difference when applied to complex challenges. Naturally, firms that are regulated, be that safety, environment or financial in nature, will want to ensure that issues are understood in full and addressed at source to ensure lessons are learned repeats are minimised.
