As a Sales Manager at Hethel Innovation, I play a key role in driving economic growth across the region, managing the sales process across our centres of excellence throughout East Anglia and eventually beyond. My priority is always our existing and future members, ensuring they receive the highest level of support and value. I am passionate about delivering excellent customer service and building meaningful, long-lasting relationships with customers. With close to two decades of experience in sales and business, I have built a diverse career across hospitality, food manufacturing, distribution, and the automotive sector. Having worked with both startups and large organisations, I have consistently driven business growth, developed strong relationships with customers and suppliers, and delivered measurable results. Originally from Italy and now based in the UK, I bring a practical, down-to-earth approach complemented by an international perspective.

If you could be on any TV Show, what would it be and why?

It would have to be Miami Vice — the perfect blend of cool cars, iconic soundtracks, sharp fashion, and amazing weather.

You’re stranded on a deserted island and can only bring one meal with you to eat indefinitely. What would it be, and why?

Ribeye steak, plain and simple. Cooked over a driftwood fire.
