One of the things I enjoy most is meeting new and interesting people and hearing diverse perspectives. I enjoy challenging assumptions and believe that the richest data stream we all encounter is failure. To paraphrase David McRaney: The common misconception is that focusing solely on success will lead to success. However, the truth is that when failure becomes invisible, the difference between failure and success may also become invisible. This perspective drives my approach to continuous improvement and inspires me to innovate constantly.

If you could choose any fictional place to live in, what would it be and why?

If I could choose any fictional place to live, it would be Wakanda from the Marvel Universe! With its mix of ground-breaking technology and cultural heritage, it would be a creative, dynamic, and inspiring environment, with diverse perspectives fuelling creativity.

What would your co-workers be surprised to learn about you?

My passion for traveling has led me to visit 29 countries so far, including South Korea, Hong Kong, and Macau, which is often referred to as the “Las Vegas of the East”.
