Robert Cater

My name is Robert, and I have worked at Hethel Innovation since June 2024, initially working in Reception before moving into my current role of Facilities Management Coordinator. My role involves ensuring the site is safe for everyone by being compliant with health and safety regulations whilst assisting in delivering improvement works and site projects. Outside of work, I regularly play golf, as everyone in the office is tired of hearing about, and I hope to reach a low single-figure handicap soon. If not at work or on the course, I am almost guaranteed to be at home spending time with my partner Emily and our cats Coco and Mash.

What would your coworkers be surprised to learn about you?

I have represented both England and Norfolk at Ten Pin Bowling, winning a gold medal in my age group at the World Sports Festival in Vienna.

What 3 things in your bag can’t you live without?

I am assuming this is my golf bag, in which case I would choose some tees, golf clubs and plenty of golf balls!
