Leon Howard

My name is Leon, and I have worked at Hethel Innovation since December 2024. You can find me at Reception at Scottow Enterprise Park. My role involves, though is not limited to, being the first point of contact for tenants and visitors when they arrive on-site with any queries or questions. I also ensure that our meeting rooms are well-stocked and maintained to a professional standard so that both internal and external meetings can be held comfortably.

Outside of work, during the football season, I spend my midweeks and Saturday afternoons either at Carrow Road watching Norwich City or refereeing matches across Norfolk, Suffolk, and Cambridgeshire. When I’m not at work, on the pitch, or watching football, I enjoy spending time at home with my partner, Gemma, and our cat, Tinker.

If you could be on any TV Show, what would it be and why?

Friday Night Dinner! Constantly always watching it on repeat on TV and it never gets boring. Always something going on in that household!

You’re stranded on a deserted island and can only bring one meal with you to eat indefinitely, what would it be and why?

Chicken, I never get bored of eating chicken especially rotisserie.

What would your coworkers be surprised to learn about you?

I have represented England as a Football Referee at the Paris World Games Tournament in 2018, 2019 and 2022, and at the Iber Cup in Andalucia in Spain in 2023. I did get appointed to a final in 2019 and 2022 in Paris.
