As the Marketing Lead at Hethel Innovation, I’m not just focused on the next big campaign—I’m driven by a desire to spark conversations, challenge perceptions, and create experiences that last. It’s not just about marketing products; it’s about marketing a vision that people can connect with on a deeper level.
Juggling a busy career and being a mother has taught me to embrace the chaos and turn it into something powerful—much like how I approach marketing. It’s all about finding the balance between creativity and strategy, instinct and data, and ensuring everything we do has a lasting impact.
Outside of work, you’ll find me rocking out to bands like Funeral for a Friend, Queens of the Stone Age, or Placebo. It’s that same passion and energy I bring to my role every day—fueled by dedication, authenticity, caffeine and a desire to stand out in a crowded world.
At Hethel Innovation, I’m here to make sure we don’t just follow trends. We set them.
You’re stranded on a deserted island and can only bring one meal with you to eat indefinitely, what would it be and why?
A red onion and cheese tortellini in a tomato and hot honey sauce, a crack of black pepper with a mountain of parmesan on top, a slow-roasted buttered garlic head with hot tiger bread, followed by a light simple cheesecake and a cold glass of Sauvignon Blanc.
What would your coworkers be surprised to learn about you?
I came very close to teaching art and design technology. However, I’m such a softie, I would have adopted a horde of teenagers, so now I channel that energy as a volunteer at the parent and career panel, looking at early years support and helping improve services.
