In light of the current situation with COVID-19, the Hethel Innovation team will be taking additional measures to ensure the safety of tenants and other external businesses/parties that we work with.

At Hethel Innovation we take business support very seriously. During the COVID-19 outbreak we are very aware of the issues and impacts this may have on business in the region. We believe it is our duty to provide the best possible service to businesses in the region, and support them wherever we can. This short survey is to allow us to do that.

Training and Events

In line with latest advice from the UK government, all training courses, events, and workshops scheduled to take place until the end of May will be postponed and rescheduled for a later date.

1-to-1 Support

Our team at Hethel are working from home where possible over the next few weeks but are still accessible for business support and advice over phone or video conferencing. This business support and advice we are able to offer to businesses across Norfolk and Suffolk is fully funded so it would be great to have the opportunity to find out a bit more about your business and if there is any other support we can offer you at this time, particularly as everyday business function is affected by coronavirus.

Our Incubators

Both Hethel Engineering Centre and Scottow Enterprise Park will remain open, with reduced staffing at each site.

We ask that if any tenants or visitors to either site are experiencing any of the major symptoms of coronavirus (i.e. a new cough or a fever) that they go home and self-isolate, as per the government guidelines.
