As part of our growth plan, we are looking for a Personal Assistant to join our team. The role will be varied, and you would be involved projects from across the company. This role spans all departments, and you will work alongside the leadership team, including department managers, the CEO, and Executive Chairman to grow and improve the business. This role will be vital in supporting the company’s leaders to achieve the growth targets and take on new opportunities whilst developing internal capability and systems.

The duties of this role include:

  • Record and report KPIs to assist the leadership team identifying improvements
  • Conduct research on behalf of the leadership team to support strategic decisions
  • Manage meeting preparation, diaries and mailboxes
  • Support the leadership team with progress monitoring within projects
  • Produce written communication on behalf of the CEO and Executive Chairman
  • Maintain relationships with strategic partners by monitoring, distributing, or directly dealing with queries

The ideal candidate for this role will be an experience Executive Assistant or PA with remote working, Microsoft programmes, and excellent verbal and written communication skills. It would be an advantage to have relevant training such as Business Administration or Project Administration. You will need to be a proactive and engaging team member who is able to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and to quickly build rapport and trust.

The company has large growth plans including new business sites and commercial products, such as consultancy and investment services.
