We are looking for a Finance Assistant to join our team. The role will include finance support for the company, including two sites, the business development team and all future areas of growth. You will report to the Finance Manager.
The duties of this role include:
- Performing credit control across all HIL sites and business endeavours
- Raising invoices for rents, conferences etc.
- Ensuring financial documents involved are kept up to date
- Offer excellent customer service via phone, email and in person
- Support on site operations where required
- Inputting data into Xero
- Office administration
- General bookkeeping
- ERDF grant reporting
The ideal candidate for this role will be an experienced Finance Assistant with Xero experience and a self-starter. It would be an advantage to have AAT Bookkeeping or Accounting qualifications. You will need to be a proactive and engaging team member who is able to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and to quickly build rapport and trust.
