25 hours per week (8:00 – 13.00 and 12:30 – 17:30 alternating)
A receptionist/administrator is required to join the team at Hethel Innovation. The Hethel Engineering Centre is on the southern outskirts of Norwich providing tenant space and business support for the advanced engineering sector and housing a busy conference centre. The Centre prides itself on an excellent ‘front of house’ service meeting all customer requirements promptly and efficiently. The role therefore demands experience within a customer service environment and calls for high levels of flexibility and problem solving skills.
The post holder will be required to use a variety of administrative systems based on Microsoft Office programmes, use a telephone switchboard/software and be confident in the use of presentation equipment. Experience of these systems would be an advantage but more importantly applicants should have very good inter-personal skills and the ability to work in a busy environment whilst maintaining an approachable and cheerful demeanour.
