THE HETHEL INNOVATION JOURNEY
Analyse is all about understanding the sector, getting a good foundation of knowledge before heading out to engage with the sector. This stage can be almost entirely desk based, with a few conversations with experts and experienced leaders to validate the findings.
The second stage of The HIL Way is Broker. Brokering is where we connect and collaborate with stakeholders who are currently or could be involved in the sector/area. The majority of the work carried out here will be in person or via phone/email, directly engaging with stakeholders to gain their thoughts on the sector and it’s future.
The first two stages are fairly common among organisations looking to grow the Knowledge Economy. However, form here on in our innovation journey goes up a level. We push the boundaries and comfort zones to get people to innovate.
Once stakeholders have the aspiration to grow, we will facilitate the creation a vision and strategy that will deliver upon that vision.
The final stage would actually happen after the creation of a strategy. Once the game changing projects have chosen, the directing stage ensures they are acted upon. It is one thing to map the landscape, another to set a vision and pathway to success but delivering the game changing projects is an important responsibility.
